We want you to feel relaxed and confident about your purchase. With our 2-month test-walk, you can wear your purchase and make sure you like them. You can return them in new or used condition. We accept the responsibility of your satisfaction, because we want you as a long-term customer. This is our contract with you. Your only responsibility is to return them to us within 2 months. This is the safest way to buy shoes and sandals. Shipping charges are not refunded.

When exchanges are made, the test walk continues until 2 months after the initial purchase date. The intent of our test walk is to reassure our online customers. Our test walk is not for in-store customers who have ample opportunity to spend time trying on various styles and sizes to make a more informed choice. Customers ask, “How can you offer such a guarantee? Don’t people abuse it?” Most don’t. For the few that do, we reserve the option of not allowing the test walk on their future purchases. Modified or damaged footwear (i.e. lifts added, splattered with paint, chewed by a dog, etc.) cannot be returned. Our test walk does not cover special orders, leather bags, insoles or socks which, if returned, need to be in like-new condition.
