Birkenstock

We want you to be happy with your Birkenstocks and enjoy years of wear and comfort with every pair.

Here are a few things you can do to help us determine your Birkenstock size:

• If you own a pair, your size and width are stamped on the suede liner of the footbed. The width is indicated by the footprint stamped next to the size. Remember that an outline of a footprint indicates a Regular Width and a solid footprint indicates a Narrow Width.

• If the size imprint is too worn to read or you've forgotten your size--don't worry. If you've ever purchased a pair of Birks from us, we have your size.

• As much as we would love your business, we all know that Birks are widely available. Try them on in your local store. If you like the store, and the service that you receive, buy from them. Most of all, we want you to enjoy your Birkenstocks.

• If you would like to discuss size, give us a call. We can advise you as to probable size, but the final decision is yours. Don't forget our two month Test Walk, which lets you try your Birks for up to two months.

Camper

Campers are narrow-medium width shoes with light arch support and are consistent with Dankso sizing.

Chaco

Chacos are available in U.S. whole sizes and have moderate arch support, with most styles offered in both medium and wide widths. In the performance sandal collection, we typically recommend sizing down to the next whole size if you are a half size. In the flip collection, we typically recommend sizing up to the next whole size if you are a half size.

Sizes on performance sandals are located on the back of the heel. The width is indicated by either dots or dashes before and after the size. Dots indicate a medium width and dashes indicate a wide width.

Cydwoq

Cydwoqs are medium width shoes with moderate arch support and are consistent with the Birkenstock Regular width sizing.

Dansko

Dansko shoes generally tend to run short compared to Birkenstock shoes. Most people order up one size from their Birkenstock Classic footbed size, while those with a narrow foot may stay in the same size as their Birkenstock Classic footbed size.

• If you own a pair, the size is usually stamped on the liner, insole or outsole.

• Try them on in a store. If you like their service, buy from them. Most of all, we want you to enjoy your Danskos.

J-41

J-41 shoes are available in U.S. whole and half sizes in a medium width. The arch support is light. Some styles run true to size, while others run a bit short. Please call us to discuss sizing for a particular style.

Keen

Keen’s are available in U.S. whole and half sizes in a medium width. As most styles run short, we recommend ordering a half size larger than you typically wear in a U.S. shoe size. The exception to this would be some of the styles in the Market Street Collection, which tend to run a bit truer to size. Please call us to discuss sizing for a particular style.

Haflinger

Haflingers are medium width shoes with moderate arch support and are consistent with Dankso sizing.

The exception to this would be the Grizzly clog collection, which is more consistent with the Birkenstock regular width sizing.

The Haflinger Kid’s clogs are consistent with Birkenstock Kid’s Sizing.

Newalk

Newalk is a division of Birkenstock. However, the men’s and women’s sizes are built on different lasts than the Birkenstock Classic footbed. Men’s sizes are the regular width and women’s sizes are the narrow width. The exception is the OZ3 polyurethane sandal, which is offered only in narrow in both men’s and women’s sizes.

The Newalk regular width is not quite as wide as the Birkenstock Classic footbed regular width, so some people order up one size from their Birkenstock Classic footbed size.

Sanita

Sanita shoes are similar in design and construction to the Dansko Staple Clog collection, however, the footbed is slightly less supportive and the heel lower and broader.

Sanita sizing is consistent with Dankso sizing., although some find them to be a roomier fit.

Tsubo
