Two Month Mail Order Test Walk

If you haven’t worn our brands before and don’t know your size, we want you to be able to order with confidence. Our Two-Month Test Walk allows you to wear your new shoes or sandals, gradually break them in, confirm that your purchase will work for you, and send them back if they do not. Two months should be an adequate amount of time to make that decision.
Exchanges: Yes, you may return something for an exchange, new or used, within two months of the shipping date of your purchase. You are responsible for the cost of returning your purchase to us. However, we will cover the shipping cost to get your first and even a second exchange to you. If a series of exchanges takes place, all must be completed within five months of the original purchase ship date.
Returns: Yes, you may return something, new or used, for a refund within two months of the shipping date of your purchase. Yes, you may return an exchange for a refund if it is within two months of the exchange ship date but not longer than five months past the original purchase ship date. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Exceptions: Yes, you may special order items which we do not stock or feature in our catalog. However, if returned, they need to be returned in new condition within two months. Our test walk does not apply to our in-store customers who have ample opportunity to spend time trying on various styles and sizes to make a more informed choice. For the few who send back an inordinate number of shoes, we reserve the option of disallowing future test walks.
Shoes and sandals which are modified or damaged cannot be returned – i.e., taps or lifts added, splattered with paint, dyed, or chewed by a dog. Common sense should let you know if a pair is damaged. Handbags, socks and other non-footwear items are not returnable in used condition.
